It's best when you mix it with something like Instapaper on mobile. Then follow all the best news sources and you can click the links and read them quickly without any ads, or save them for later. In addition to talking to your friends on it.

I used to be on Twitter, but that's where my ex started to promote and get her porn career off the ground and then all of a sudden I had random porn stars, her fan, etc watching me and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I deleted my Twitter and didn't look back.

Honestly I didn't see much value in it over Facebook anyways, so yup, nuked from orbit, draw and quarter, each section frozen in carbonite, brought to the opposite ends of the earth and buried in a deep graves, salted the earth they were buried in and desecrated the graves......you know, just to make certain.
