And I tell you they don't make buying mens jackets easy, I look all over where size tags would normally be on womens cloths and nada, had to get one of the sales women to find it (was inside the inner pocket) and then tell me what the sizing even ment so I could even figure out what size I needed.

Men's jackets use a measurement that is the chest circumference. What is the measurement for women's jackets?

Well i've never worn a suit jacket before, women's or otherwise, but everything else either goes by XS,S,M,L,XL etc, or the size number system which is one number to basically cover every body measurment which of course sucks cause not everyone is the same proportions, but i'm guessing they went with that measuring system because of single garments that cover your entire body, aka dresses.

And, yeah, the woman told me that mens jackets go my chest circuferance and short regular and long, so then I was able to figure it out, lucky they had one small enough though, all the rest were huge, like 44-50+.
