Chivalry is a pretty complex subject. Could you be a bit more specific about what you're looking for?
Mostly manners, and outwardly displays of courtesy often personified in more "genteel" times, especially among the upper class.
Examples: Holding a door for a lady, putting your coat down over a puddle to let someone cross un-splashed, pulling out/pushing in chairs, not cursing when lady's present, women and children first, etc.
