An artist named Nickolay Lamm used 3D printing to create a 'Barbie' with 'average' proportions of a sixteen year old girl. This is an article I found in a random news feed, and was actually surprised to find that I think I prefer the 'average' version over the 'freak' that the actual barbie is.
