My oldest daughter will be 21 in February. Presently, she's home from school for the holidays. She just got her 2 and 1 year old sisters a "My first drum set." She is also heading BACK to school on january 2nd.

......

I've been trolled by my own kid.

I hope you reminded her what payback is ;) someday she may have little ones of her own and I'm sure grandpa (especially when with a penchant for trains) can come up with suitably obnoxious gifts as well.

Give her two options.

1. She takes the drumsets home and lets the kids play with them when they come visit.

2, Establish a rule that the younger children are only allowed to play the drums in the presence of the older one (i.e. only when she comes to visit).

Well, she's in college and only comes back once or twice a year so that might be a little unfair for a toddler and a baby. I think we'll just say "not when daddy or mommy is sleeping".

I like Rori's idea though...

She had a good teacher obviously.
