Third day in a row I've awoken with a bad headache. The first step out of bed when my heel hits the floor feels like I got pegged in the back of a head with a hard flung basketball. |

Three days is too long for a headache without cause. I lost a friend to a condition that started this way. Doctor. |

I over extended my neck on Sunday doing crunches, my neck and upper shoulders were hells. Its almost certainly a tension headache asince they are still bothering me. Mostly feel it only when I change positions, sitting to standing or laying down to standing. Thanks for the concern is just makes waking up and that first 4 minutes of the day really bad. |

Thanks for the explanation. Lost a few friends over the years to several forms of denial. I'd rather you didn't join them so early. |

I briefly considered a tumor but dismissed it as unlikely to be cropping up right at the time of an injury well known to cause days lasting tension headaches. |
