Taamar and I made an offer yesterday, and the seller accepted today.
So, now comes the ... fun?
In any case, we're expecting to be moving into the new place a month or two from now.

Congrats! Just beware of Murphy's Law...what can go wrong will go wrong. It's inevitable with home ownership. It's well worth it though, IMHO.

Have fun. Never after having paid mine off several years ago there is always something to be taken care of. Not to the extent of a mortgage payment or rent, just some thing to fix or patch. Do I miss being able to call the landlord and argue about it? Not at all. |
