I'm sorry to hear that.  It happens in groupings. One of my fencing students just lost his wife to leukemia as well. She was in her early 20's.

Sorry they have been using ECMO machines to help get severely compromised patients through H1N1, but there is a severe shortage of them and some patients are being put on waiting lists for them.

Condolences to them and you Serienya. While there may not be anywhere near as many deaths from this flu as projected, each one is still a tragedy for those involved. |
