A man in a cape swoops down into the darkness. "Aeeeeeeeyaaaah!!!" he cries, crazily waving his rapier every which way. Neocons are about. He could sense them from a mile away. Just imagining them fills his mind with rage. Hot redness flashes before his eyes as he looks around. He can smell them. The man climbs over a boulder and spots a campfire through the trees, and he approaches closer to listen. He sees a few men sitting around the fire. "Healthcare is not a right," says one of the men. "It's a privilege. Obama is going to collapse the system by trying to nationalize it." The man in the cape is too far away to see clearly, but he can tell they're all white, and he imagines the entire Bush family sitting around that fire. "People like them believe global warming is false!," he thinks to himself, his rage steadily building. "People like them... are RACIST!!" his mind screams to itself. He can't hold back any longer. He vaguely remembers something his parole board said to him a week ago, but they were all racist too. "Aeeeeeeeyaaaah!!!" he cries, crazily waving his rapier every which way again. The men leap up in surprise, unsure of where the bestial sound came from. The man in the cape is about to charge forward when something bites his foot. It's a fox which came from the night. "Not again," he pouts. "These things can give rabies! Racists! Sotomayer! Bush Neocon loyalists! Darfur!" He kicks the fox but it doesn't let go. A squirrel jumps off a tree and covers the man in the cape with foam. He wrestles around but is unable to move. He is about to cry out again, when he feels a sudden pain on his temple and everything fades to black. The next morning he wakes up in a straight jacket in a mental hospital. "You have rabies," the doctor says to him. "You're a racist!" the man cries back. The doctor sighs and injects him with more tranquilizers. |

I have to vote on the not cool scale. Monte may piss in everyone's cheerios in Hellfire, but dragging it to the RL forum is bad form. *this in no way reflects on the creativity in your story, or the quality of the writing. Just that it is in bad form to pick on a person as the start of a thread. |
