Only 32, looks like she was in pretty good shape, however - congenital defects frequently go undetected until the autopsy, especially when there are no symptoms.

However: actress, Hollywood, series of relationships, there are several factors that indicate a sudden irrational emotional act may not be out of the question.

She is reportedly a plastic surgery junkie, just tweaks and touch-ups, how long since her last surgery I wonder?

It is a fresh piece of news, give it time to develop, we obviously know almost nothing yet. It is sad, tragic, a lovely young woman is gone for no apparent reason. Lets see what comes out in the wash.

The official reason is Cardiac Arrest, but that's just what killed her. The next question is what caused the cardiac arrest? That could be any number of things, natural causes, drugs, complications from surgery.

How do you take care of yourself? Oats and bike riding. Clear the cholesterol out of your arteries, exercise the heart.

Or, just hope for good genetics. Given the example of my grandma, I might make it to me mid-80s. Given the example of my grandpa ... I'll be dead in 5 years. Thankfully, I have marginally better health-habits and lifestyle.

Yeah, I'd just seen this. My reaction was "Holy Frack...WTF?"

Article I read mentioned a strong possibility of drug use...which just strikes me as odd. She never seemed the type.

Just found out when I got to work that someone I worked with had a stroke..39 years old. He had gone part-time days to go back to school so I hadn't seen him for a couple of weeks. I had always nagged him about his BP and he was a complete type A personality.

Sometimes your reap what you sow way before you should.
