It’s been a while, and we’ve had some sad news with Michael’s passing, so I figured it was long past time to check in with something more upbeat.

I have recently gone through some (most excellent (Bill & Ted)) life events that reminded me of some of the most fun times I’ve spent on this board, so I thought I’d share.

As of last February I retired from my career in corporate finance. A circumstance for which I am quite blessed.

In my boredom, this past November, I decided to embark on a passion project, and purchased a sports card business, which has been both an absolute joy, and has been proceeding far better than I could have hoped.

Last month I made the decision to expand beyond traditional sports offering into Pokémon and Magic the Gathering, including hosting gaming nights.

Watching over the MTG sessions put me into a time machine, and brought me back to the D&D subs some of you were gracious enough to tutor me in as we marched along.

I miss you all tremendously. I hope you’re all well.

Hi Rynar. Glad to hear you are doing well. The board is pretty quiet, especially with the whole kerfuffle with the domain name. But the discord channel is slightly less quiet.
