Well, we had the Duckface - can ejaculating ducks be far behind?

It's really quite fascinating - you've probably heard by now that some waterfowl have squiggly genitalia. Well, they've finally gotten around to filming one with a high-speed camera. Turns out the male Muscovy duck "can extend his 20-centimeter penis in a third of second." And, in proud adherence to the "pics or it didn't happen" tradition, here's the footage. The shape and speed, it turns out, has to do with overcoming the shape of the female's genitalia. Perhaps just as impressive, as someone points out in the comments, is that the Muscovy Duck drake is usually about 80-85 cm long. So, we're talking, like 25% of its overall length. Yow.

Man, and I thought octopodes were cool. :geek:

Muscovy is a large duck breed, from toe to top of head could be 80 cm on a large Muscovy.

They're weird ducks, they don't quack, but they are noisy.
