Post subject:  Robitussin makes it Smell Funny.
Its weird, the things that can make your pee smell funny.

This may fall into TMI, so I spoilered it.
Spoiler:
For me, the active ingredient in Robitussin (Guaifenesin). If I take Mucinex, I can *always* taste it in the pills. Later, the smell comes out the other end. Its kinda interesting.

Nerves in the nasal passages reacting to particles breathed in.

Think about it: When you smell dog poo, it's because you have dog poo inside your nose.

Oddly, some of the population lacks the receptors that can pick up that smell. So they think they don't excrete it like everyone else...

Impaired Glucose Tolerance made my pee smell funny the day before I started on the Atkins diet to keep myself from developing Type II diabetes.
