Feast Your eyes :)

Chicken:
Fresh chicken tenderloins with garlic sprinkle, salt and pepper, and italian seasoning. Drizzled with EV Olive oil while grilling. Grill till cooked through.

Noodles:
Yeah, they're just noodles.

Salad:
Caesar salad, came out of a bag. I put extra fresh grated parm on it though.

Sauce:
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
1/2 cup Fresh grated Romano
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning

In cooking it, I found it came out a little on the thin side, so next time I think I'll increase to 1 1/4 parm and 3/4 romano. Add the cheese about a half a cup at a time to the melted butter and cream. Stir over a med heat till cheese melts into the sauce, then add another 1/2 cup. Repeat until smooth and creamy.

The flavor of the sauce was perfect. Just needed to be a smidge thicker. Although, it turned out a thousand percent better than my last attempt... which turned back into cheese when it cooled.

You should see the buffets in his town.

I make it a rule to not go to the buffets here.

I don't want to be 400 pounds. :)

I've seen, but never eaten there. Buffets are a money loss to me cause I don't eat much... remember I can barely finish a US sized entree, let alone eat more than 1 plate of main... >.<

Lydiaa, from self testimony, Kirra is 5'1" and you are 5'7". Looking at your pictures, both of you seem to be normal weights for your heights. No bet.

Is Australia still heavily into fried everything? 18 years ago finding a salad was difficult for this tourist.

Looks yummy Mus! Only thing I would change is...use fresh garlic and herbs instead of the granulated/dried, but not everyone has garlic, oregano and basil growing outside on their patio! :)

hey! I was hoping to make an easy 50... >=P (plus I’m actually a lot heavier than I look… I’m not skinny or even normal for an asian)

Lots of healthy food here now, we have a big weight problem here also… plus lots of asian food places have popped up in the last 5 year or so. Alternatively I make a really good lemon soya lamb salad if you ever run out of places to find rabbit food =D

Looks delicious! Only possible advice I can give is really minor: Spring for blocks of parm and a microplane, you'll get better flavour, better price, AND longer fridge life. Oh, and thicker, which you knew. Jasmy mentioned fresh herbs, even just going with fresh garlic and using the dried Italian seasoning will punch up the already intense flavour.

You might try a different noodle, something that will hold that sauce. Fusilli or campanelli, maybe.
