Here's the recipe http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/pat ... ll-lasagna It was really easy to make, for the most part. Labor intensive, and time consuming, but for the most part, it was pretty easy. I'm pretty spent. Spent the entire afternoon in the kitchen |

You really need to go visit, let Mus cook something up for you, get it out of your system. Really, he's just a multi-talented man, bright and sounding kind of happy lately. Go see what that is all about. |

Seriously tho...how do you cook your balls Khross? Well, when its my first attempt at something as epic as a lasagna Besides, I don't see a problem with pan frying a meatball. They were *really* good. Probably go well in spaghetti as well. Quote: Lightly coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil; set over medium-high heat. Working in batches, cook meatballs until browned and cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined baking sheet to drain. Repeat with additional oil and remaining meatballs.

You bake meatballs for 2-4 minutes at about 425 and then back it down to around 300 for 10 minutes. |

The work that is involved with being a culinary elitist is totally not worth it. Mus, you are tempting me to cheat my diet. |
