Was watching a show on the Travel Channel, a countdown of the country's best eating joints for pigging out.

There was a place in Philly in the Reading Terminal Market (Micheal, this is where we should have gone to eat) called Dinic's. They were being noted for their Italian Pulled Pork sandwich...

Slow roasted pork, sliced and dipped in the pork drippings on a italian hoagie roll topped with broccoli rabe and provolone cheese....

So hungry, I want one now. I think I will be stopping at the local Italian sandwich shop this weekend and ordering exactly that.

I've actually had one of those.

And the Reading Terminal Market is awesome- I got there every time I make it up to Philly. Or anywhere in the surrounding area.

Wow, that sounds pretty tasty. Have to be able to find something similar in LA. Of course, we do have Phillipe's,, home of the Original French Dip sandwich. Might have to do a pilgrimage this weekend.

The one time I've been to Philly I ate there, although the lines for some of the stands were so long as to be not-feasible when you're in town for a convention.

Funny enough I watched that exact same show the other day.

Plus, I've had that exact sandwich. Good stuff!

I've been hooked on the fried bologna sandwich a local bar makes. Think I'll get one tonight.
