That truely blows, bro. I, myself, actively try not to wear anything other than flip-flops unless I absolutely have too, and even then, often enough I still err on the side of inappropriate toe nudity. My toes simply demand to be free! I wear them even in the dead of New England winters, although I do relent and wear boots to shovel. I totally feel your pain. There's nothing worse than a blown out flop. Especially when they are all broken-in and contoured to your feet as that one seemed to be. |

Flip-flops suck nutsack for anything other than taking a shower. If you're going to wear sandals, get something with an ankle strap. |

These have been like foot gloves for the past couple of years. They survived almost anything I've thrown at them so far, and it just wore out. I even wore them when we were re-epoxying the swimming pool. I still have little bits of epoxy and plaster on them from then. From almost a year ago. These flops truly deserve to be placed on a funeral pyre and sent on to Valhalla. |
