| Post subject: | Scrap metal prices |
Anyone have a website of regional prices for scrapping metal? I sold some aluminum rims today for $0.45/lb at the scrap yard. I'm sure they have some sort of adjustment built in since the things aren't 100% aluminium construction and they probably had 3-4 lbs of dirt, grease and other foreign material caked to them. Either way, is this a fairly good price? |
