I was going to say "younger" Kirsten Dunst. Although, I don't think that's likely, as I doubt she was dying her hair red when she was younger. |

I thought it might be Bonnie Wright from the Harry Potter movies (Ginny Weasley), but doing a search on her name with Cookie Monster does not bring up that clip, which I would expect. Looks like she really enjoys her cookies, in any case. |
