What a realistic ad, 180 degrees from so much advertising. This is the product, it may have problems, we'll work with you on that (covering the stains and decorating the homes). If you're in the market, come take a look. If one of these used, slightly reconditioned homes works for you, fine we'll sell it to you. If not, we don't care, they'll work for someone else. It's up to you.

If I needed one and was in his area, I'd go check his lot out anyway.

Huh, wonder if honesty (or frankness, at least) in advertising is becoming a thing to look for ... There's a late-night ad for some money-lending place here in LA in which the guy says, "Sure, it's gonna cost you, but not as much as those payday-loan places."
