Shuyung and Coro are both St. Louisians. I believe there are maybe more. Eat the local food at your own risk. It's not contaminated ... but you will need 304 Stainless intestinal fortitude. |

Hahaha thanks for the advice! Yeah, I am on my way to St. Louis to sing in a friend's wedding and Dyersburg is the halfway point...I don't want to drive 9 hours by myself in one go. Just wondered if there was anything to do there and anyone to do it with. My 8 year old will be with me, so if nothing else maybe we can find an inexpensive hotel with a pool. |

Try to go see the Missouri Botanical Garden, it's my personal favorite thing to do in StL. http://www.mobot.org/ The Zoo is always good, and the Science Center is worth checking out. |

Yes, Coro and I are in St. Louis. If I am not too far wrong, I think that Taskiss has also intimated he is in the vicinity. In addition to the sites Taskiss has mentioned, do not forget the Gateway Arch, which is sort of the iconic representation of the city. Will you be in St. Louis city proper, or somewhere in the surrounding environs? Depending on where you are, and how far you actually want to be traveling makes a difference in what you could conceivably experience in your free time. |

We go down to the zoo about once a year (we are about 2 hours north of St Louis). It is fantastic! |
