Post subject:  Gun buyback programs - HOORAY
Its finally a way I can get my tax money back.

100-200 per gun (depending on the program though one in Philly recentlyw as only 50).

1. Find the schedule.
2. Find if its unlimited per visit
3. Post wanted ads for broken guns
4. Buy guns for 20-40 bucks.
5. Turn in 20+ guns at no questions asked turn in program for tax free profit.
6. Buy ammo and guns.

Unfortunatly Elmo you aren't the only one who will have this idea and the cost of broken guns will skyrocket in a cash for clunkers fashion.

Ok, buy real working one. Use it to obtain more guns. Turn in guns.

Since the weapons have to be unloaded to be turned in perhaps you could just sit outside the registry with a loaded one and take them from the people as they come in.
