I'm remembering a video that was posted here (or one of the older incarnations) which highlighted some of the skills and training exercises of a particularly talented parkour/free runner, but am unable to locate it. The only details I can remember in particular are that the video was about a male individual (not part of a team or squad) and that some of the feats he performed in the gym involved a yoga ball. Can anyone point me in the right direction? |

I know the exact video you're talking about. I'll see if I can find it. I don't think this is the exact video, but I *think* the guy in the video was David Belle. [youtube]ZipIEoJkpFM[/youtube] Watching THIS video, reminds me of that gym that I think may be the same. |
