Why? Its a terribly costly way to get from point a to point b and the main reason it is designed cannot be used on 99.9999999998% of the asphalt in the world.

Because they can, and because there is demand for it.

What else you require for a reason?

Too bad your inner child isn't old enough to drive it. He sounds like he's got a way bigger allowance than my inner child, too.

Not really - my wife has him on a fairly strict allowance.

Hmm, speaking of that, how's the new 'Stang?

This has me somewhat tempted again...

I never really got into sports cars for the primary reason that sports car owners tend to be douchebags on the road.

Give me a nice luxury car any day.

Hasn't been assembled yet. I don't want to buy anything the first year of production. I'll be ordering sometime early spring.

And yeah, the Boss sounds like a sweet ride.

Why in God's name would you ever buy a sports car that wasn't a manual?

Well...

...my inner child has a hot babysitter, and he'll do anything to please her.

The funnest thing to do in a plane is "map of the earth" which is flying low to the ground and trying to follow the terrain very closely. Yet planes only get within a couple hundred feet of the ground, so don't actually get the full effect. Further it's already been proven by Topgear that you can get accross Europe faster in a car than a plane. Ergo Cars > Planes.
