If I were invincible, I would so do this.

Wow. Why is the PilotWings franchise dead when there's stuff like this around now?

I wish this stuff had been around when I was younger, in better shape and dumber. I would have tried it in a heartbeat. It has been so long since I have jumped and there are times I miss it, this looks even more fun.

I watched it on my phone today at work with my fan blowing in my face...not quite the same :D

That is **** insane... how the hell do they land?

They have rear drag chutes to slow them down when they have lost enough altitude and see a relatively soft landing area ahead.

I am much too big to do that, but in my youth, and much lighter frame, if we had that great of gear, I would have trained to do it.

Of course I probably wouldn't be around to write this today if I had.

Some of those parts have to incredibly dangerous, no matter how well-trained you are. They come so close to guaranteed death on so many occasions.

Those suits do seem to have pretty quick, responsive control... but you can only have so much control with a man-sized anything going the speeds that they do.

Awesome video, though. I've shared it around a bit to good results, too. The landscape alone is stunning! Must be in the Alps somewhere? 2:26 repeatedly makes my jaw drop.

It is a great moment, but look at the lift he gets by flying over that precipice. They fly so close to the mountainsides because that is where the updrafts are. It is safer to be where there is a push up then in the middle where the sucking downdrafts are.
