Personally, it's just another day for me, although hubby felt guilty about forgetting my birthday so he brought me flowers for Valentine's.

We are headed to the local PERS office in the morning to get the last (hopefully) of his retirement paperwork filled out and signed. Nothing says loving like making sure your spouse is signed up as your beneficiary for your retirement funds! :D

The only thing that's shitty about it is the attitude you have...I have tons of reasons to be bitter about it, but I'm realizing the more emo I am, the less people want to be around me. So, I gotta get over it...plus having a few drinks helped ;)

It's a Hallmark holiday, not really an official holiday or else the Post Office wouldn't be delivering mail! It's a NON HOLIDAY to be perfectly honest and not many people care about it except silly girls, candy makers, jewelers, and **** up people that think it means something when it really doesn't!
