Ok, you know that burning smell when you turn on a long-idle heater, particularly of the electric variety.

--That smell is burning dust.

Most dust is composed of a wide variety of things, not an insignificant quantity is dead skin.


That burning smell--is burning human flesh. And you're inhaling it.

I think I read somewhere that every time a toilet is flushed, some of the water and other stuff goes aerosol and is floating about in the air.

Think about that next time you are brushing your teeth with your toothbrush that is out and exposed to said air in the bathroom.

I've heard flushing referred to as "little coliform explosions."

Huh, that might explain why our bathroom has the toilet in a little alcove. Kind of struck me as odd the first time I saw it.

They find that stuff all over grocery carts at the store too. Always bag your produce and use the wipes they provide to clean the handle on the cart.
