Just because people use language one way in your part of the country doesn't mean its used the same way in others. Remember, I'm a parent too, and when I got fliers home from schools about this practice, they din't say "the Fainting Game" they said "breath play" and "the choking game" It has nothing to do with incautious language use--it has to do with linguistic differences between subcultures. |
