It's in the PbP forums. It's not a secret forum, but it's generally masked so we don't have another dozen forums taking up space.

I don't know why the post somehow got attached to the General Forum.

There was a forum bug where the last post of one of the PbP forum threads was showing up as the last post of General, on the main index. Basically, it claimed that "Aniko" had the last post in General. Presumably, when Lex tried to click on that link from the main index, it tried to open the PbP forums, which he has not joined. Hence the confusion.
