What is is ain't exactly clear. All day, the General forum has been randomly popping up with the 'unread threads' icon. I click into it and there's nothing there. Also, the 'most recent poster' listed on the index page doesn't jive with the one listed on the most recently-attended thread. Right now, it's Mookhow. Could this be related to the mysterious thread that cropped up a few days ago? |

It is. There was a bug in a recent update to Tapatalk. When someone posted using Tapatalk, their post would show up as the "last post" in General, no matter where it was made. Mook just patched it with a fix from the Tapatalk devs a few seconds ago. Edit: Today I learned I'm the only person who neither uses the "last post" link nor the read/unread status at the forum level. |

The what?Whatchoo talkin bout Willis? Exactly. You see, some people have forum OCD and have to mark every single post as read. Sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row. Then maybe one more time again, just in case. It's the only way to feel clean: FarSky wrote: All day, the General forum has been randomly popping up with the 'unread threads' icon. You people are strange |

There's a "mark forums read" link on the front page that makes the unread threads stuff go away. |

I don't know if I'm technically using them or not, but I don't pay any attention to them. Except the "unread post" thing for my game forum. |
