I vaguely remember a blog type site that I can't remember the name of.

Here are some of the details I can remember:

-It was told by a private video game store owner.
-I believe it was divided up into chapters.
-The stories were most often about idiot and difficult customers who were invariable insulted and turned away by said owner.

Any ideas? Anyone remember this?
