I saw the report a little earlier this evening. Scary stuff. Definitely glad I don't live in Richmond, Benesia, or Martinez. This kind of thing happens every couple of years in one of those cities.

Community health warning sirens rang through the area shortly after the fire broke out at about 6:30 p.m.., spewing thick black smoke into the sky. The sirens alerted residents to stay indoors and turn off air conditioner and vents to prevent breathing in tainted air.
