I have a rescued doberman mutt and a smaller, less reputably bred rescue mutt. The picture spoke to me and the story touched me is all. |

That article is the first I've seen where the owner claims he contacted search and rescue to go up and get the dog. I'm less interested in him necessarily being prosecuted (and the cost that would entail) than I am having him lose all rights to ownership of the dog. |
