DUDE. WTF. It almost seems like they're crashing on purpose |

It's like culturally they've decided to say "well, WTF, I've already made a driving error, I may as well crash the **** out of this." Also, Russians seem to be physically invulnerable to vehicular harm. |

It's probably the vodka, on both counts. |

That was fantastic. I love how something **** up happens, and the videoing car just turns their wipers on and keeps driving. |

Part of me wants to be thankful I don't drive in that country, but part of me doesn't want to think about what we might see if we had a camera on every dash in this country. |

I just imagine all of that happening on one drive as being completely normal. |

Why there are so many dashcams in Russia: |

I completely relate to the clips involving animals running across the road. You haven't lived in rural or even suburban New England until you've hunted deer with a Volvo. |

Deer are one thing, Rynar, but horses? Sheep? Domesticated animals are somebody's property, and ought to be managed rather than free to roam about onto roadways... I call these two videos "Why Russia can't have nice things." Also, it appears that democracy does minimal personal rights to litigious society in about a generation flat, these days. This is depressing. |
