I laughed at the "citation needed" after the statement In both cases, the comparison doesn’t really make sense; both the ISS and the US highway system are used for things other than making music videos.

Um, it shouldn't be a surprise that an astronaut assigned to the ISS speaks fluent Russian. I mean, one in five people who have been to the ISS has been Russian, including 40% of the crew.
