The Glade 4.0

So I just changed my DKs faction and Server. I went back to Ally on Tanaris. The cool part about that is I got all of my tournament accopmplishments back.

The odd bug is that when I changed factions back to ally... I obviously lost the ability to wear my Dragonmaw Tabard... but I did not get the Tabard changed to the Ally faction. I kept the Horde side tabard, but since I do not have the faction for it... I cannot equip it. I am debating logging a GM ticket on it, simply so they cannot say I am using some exploit to keep the thing.

But really, other than soaking up a bank slot: does it make any difference?

Friends don't let friends play Alliance...

The Horde and Alliance should work together against the greater threat.

I've come to realize that this isn't necessary anymore. I mean, The Horde and Alliance were battling each other during Icecrown and they still managed to defeat Arthas. It would make defeating the main threats trivial if they worked together(which doesn't make sense because they were working together during the Burning Crusade and yet all of those raids were a million times more difficult than anything WotLK had to offer).

That is because those encounters took into account that you had to look at mostly Dranei and Blood Elf models. So they added a level of difficulty in for being surrounded by Former-Demon Space Goats and whining little *****.

Speaking of which... the game should have 4 races...

Dwarves, Orcs, Worgen and Goblins. (I list the second set just because they are expansion new).

Forsaken? Puhleeze.... you were weak enough to have been the former thrall of a footnote in the history of the Warcraft Universe.

Sylvanas waged a genocide campaign against the previously isolation and disinterested Gilneans.

Garrosh is busy strip mining the Ashenvale forest. He murdered Cairne Bloodhoof by cheating in a duel.

The Blood Elves have no real ties to anyone; the Horde is purely a convenient barricade that allows them to do whatever it is they're doing with the Sunwell.

The Tauren would leave the Horde if Baine wasn't such a retarded, half-wit puppet of Garrosh, who, you know, is STRIP MINING **** out of from under his own faction.

Vol'jin knows the Horde is headed in the wrong direction and is only keeping his part of the bargain because the friggin' Guardian of Tirisfal and High Shaman of the Earthen Ring (Thrall) told him to ...

Oh, right, and Thrall left ... Thrall has bigger things to take care of than keeping the Horde together, because Garrosh has already gutted it like a rotten fish.

Whatever moral high-ground the Horde possessed, it's now gone ... it died in Northrend; and I, I personally can't wait for the day that Vol'jin makes good on his promise to the Son of Hellscream.

In all honesty, I kinda wish that Horde/Alliance could group together and be in the same guild much like you could with the good/evil races in EQ.

I'm still kinda bitter that Worgen are an Alliance race.

This is not true at all. His weapon was poisoned without him knowing by Magatha Grimtotem. Once Cairne was wounded, he was basically left defenseless and the next blow ended his life. If Magatha hadn't poisoned Garrosh's weapon, there's no telling how that battle would have gone. I really, really hated Garrosh before actually leveling up a character on Kalimdor in Cataclysm. But after restarting on a new server this go around, I actually like Garrosh and believe he is exactly what the Horde needs during this time of war that Varian started.

No, I'm almost absolutely certain that Putress started this particular War. That said, I think you're giving Garrosh Hellscream entirely too much credit. The Horde is more fractious than its ever been; Hellscream has his own plans for what he wants to happen.

I'm fairly certain that Varian Wrynn would handle Anduin Wrynn's death better than he handled Bolvar's. And ... let's be honest, Sylvanas isn't helping things; Garrosh isn't helping things; and Cairne Bloodhoof is dead.

I'm still pissed at Tirion though for the Argent Tournament, and being unable to find his goddamn PVP trinket for 15 minutes while Arthas beat on us, and then oneshotting the **** when he actually found the goddamn thing.

I honestly don't think Sylvanas is still her anymore. She is completely different than she was in WotLK. She also dies during the Silverpine questlines and is brought back by the val'kyr. It seems very fishy to me. Then again, she was using the plague against Garrosh's orders before that, so I have no idea. It is very possible everything at Wrathgate was her idea in the first place. People aren't liking her tactics on either side and I think Blizzard has set Koltira up to be the new leader of the Forsaken at some point and Sylvanas will become a raid boss.

You know... I actually had to laugh with a Forsaken DK... Here we have a guy who died, became a slave of Arthas: then broke free from Arthas, to become a zombie. Then was re-killed by Arthas and brought back as a Death Knight....

Talked about being owned.

But for being a DK in general... you were killed in Battle with Arthas, but in order to try and crush the morale of your people: Arthas brought you back to slaughter your own people at his command.... You start to see the truth of things and then when Arthas says you mean nothing to him... go "Hey... not cool man, I killed for you... DICK" and break free.

But since Arthas is "dead" when the Shattering occurs... how is it that my puppy still had to do quests for Arthas? The Douchebag was dead by the time I was bitten.



Really, with the WoW community being what it is... you are surprised that a Pally jumped in and KS'ed you?
