Grats on LK, Mr Mus! He is good times. I'm hoping to see him again next week. Princes of all things gave us issues on our hard mode clear, but it's just them and what should be a one-shot Queen left... and probably Sindra10 on regular. We'll see! I'm hoping our lessons learned in P2 and perhaps P3 sunk in and we can repeat without too much pain in relearning anything. Defile is rather unforgiving...

DS: newbie quests! Newbie quests are awesome ways of getting rep up with the 5 playable races. The somewhat slower method is to ride for cities at the Tournament, but you can only do one at a time. It's a lot more lucrative than newbie quests, though. :p If it's possible, I'd start riding for whatever city you have the worst rep with, then do all the newbie quests you can. Some of the Champion-rank dailies at the Tournament can give you an item for rep as well, though you miss out on the 10 bonus gold if so.

If you weren't a DK I'd say it would take no time at all, but.. :p even so, it shouldn't be too terribly bad. A DK buddy of mine just went through them about a month or two ago and it came decently fast for him.

Well the 15% buff has been the big breakthrough for us. Putricide, Queen and Dreamwalker all down in 25's now.

Got some shots in on Sindragosa, it will happen eventually but we'll need more practice.

30% buff will be ridiculous.

hehe. What happened was I did the newbie quests and then when I got to Loch Modan.. gnome faction was not rising. It left me 6k from Exalted.

Between the help of a guildmate and farming Strath; I was finally able to get that 6k in Runecloth. Got my mechanical chickens now.

Only need to finish up dwarf faction and Night Elf faction.

Got to Lich King last night. Definitely going to be a tough fight. Got up to valkyr phase.

The valk phase is the hard part. We spent more time wiping to that phase than any other. Once you can do that consistently, you should be golden.

Yeah I think we only wiped about 3 or 4 times once we got to P3 in good shape. Defile in P3 is actually pretty easy, and so long as people spread out you don't even need to really worry much about handling the vile spirits well. This is probably even moreso true now with the 15% buff. Ranged/healers stay spread out to make Defile mostly a joke, LK gets moved away from spirit spawn area so there's more time for them to split up a bit, and tanks + their healers get into a rhythm with Soul Reaper and the phase is almost relaxing. Depending on your tank and their gear, they may not even need to worry about tank swaps or anything for Soul Reaper, making it even simpler.

Though as a Druid I'm a bit scared of the Frostmourne room! For many classes it's a joke, but we're just not built for that! Especially Night Elf ones... poor Night Elves. Never thought I'd say that...

can you collect multiple darkmoon faire trinkets? from different decks? As in can I collect undeath and greatness?
