The Glade 4.0

I've spent several months working on the quest for the legendary weapon: Shadowmourne. As of last night, I just need 5 more shadowfrost shards (which there is a very high chance I will get on my next ICC run this week) and then, finally, a Lich King kill.

When a player completes the last phase of the Shadowmourne questline (the Lich King kill), then *everyone* present in the raid gets a one-time reward: A package containing five unique items.

A crimson deathcharger (a red recolor of the DK mount, that all classes can use)
A unique tabard, Tabard of the Lightbringer
A vanity item that turns you into a frost dwarf for 10 minutes
A music box that summons a lamenter that sings Sylvanas' song
A locket that will TP you to dalaran


The mount and the tabard being the more sought after of the five, but a person *does* get all five items if they are present for the questline killing blow of the Lich King.

With that said, and with the Lich King's time quickly coming to an end, who has a level 80+ Horde toon that would like to get in on this unique item action?

I'm going to shoot for a weekend night for the kill. My two friends and I breeze through Heroic 25 ICC, so with more folks it will be hyper-fast. If I get all 5 shards this week, I'd like to do it this Sunday. If not, it may be next weekend. It's always a possibility. I got 9 shards last night (the most I've ever seen), but I've seen some weeks where only 2 dropped.

So, anyone interested?

It turns out it won't be this saturday. I needed 5 shards, I got a total of 4. So, extremely strong chance it will happen next week (I've never seen 0 shards drop, but it is technically possible).

Would Friday or Saturday be better for folks who want to come? Again, this should be super quick and easy. Hell, I could clear all the way up to the Lich King beforehand so all we have to do is jump in and go.

Things are worded very poorly around the web. I believe the unsealed chest drops once per Shadowmourne, though the items inside are trade-able. It's not one chest per raid member as I had thought.

So, less incentive for people to join me on the Lich King kill.

Yeah, it's just one chest per kill, not one chest per member.

Still glad to come along and help- pretty sure you have my real ID, and my horde pally is 90 and sitting pretty much abandoned of late.

Either next Friday or Saturday is doable for me.

I would love to get a 25 heroic kill, which a few more people would be very helpful in doing.

Right now I am leaning towards next Wednesday at 9pm Eastern if that works for people. Again, this should be VERY fast. In fact, we'll have ICC cleared all the way to the LK before people join, so it could potentially just take 10 minutes for all involved.
