http://www.wowarmory.com/wow-remote.xml Blizzard announced a little while ago a new feature they're adding outside the game called the Remote Auction House. Basically, you can log onto a website (or an app for Android or iPhone) and see your characters' auctions. You can also browse your faction's AH and bid on items or sell stuff from your characters' inventory. If you just want to look, it's free. However, if you want to actually make transactions, you have to pay an additonal $2.99 monthly fee. What do you think of the idea in general, and what do you think of the monthly fee? |

/rude to the monthly fee. I may or may not bother, really... is it that hard to wait until you get online to look at the AH? For 2.99 a month... I will not use it for anything other than browsing. |

When I was being ultra competitive playing the AH selling tradeskilled items in large quantities, I would have payed that. Being able to set 12 hour limits and then consistently being able to repost at that point would have been great, especially juggling 300-500 auctions (glyphs, flasks, food, etc). But now, not really worth it. |
