I've been reading these things on facebook about Susan G. Komen For The Cure and that they are suing and squashing any charities raising money for any type of cancer if they use the word "Cure" in their title...this includes many charities fighting against childhood cancer.
Is this true?
I did some googling and also saw quite a few articles claiming that Susan G. Komen For The Cure is also giving lots of money to Planned Parenthood, is this true?

Everything I'm reading is pretty much saying that Susan G. Komen For The Cure is using a portion of the donations meant to support breast cancer research and instead using them to prevent other charities from supporting other cancers and aiding in abortions.

Yes, they give grant money to Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood clinics perform breast cancer screenings. Contrary to popular belief among Christians, the organization does do more than just abort pregnancies.

I guess they needed the money, it's not like PP runs a billion dollar profit and gets a third of its budget from taxpayers, or that they use that money for over 300,000 abortions a year.

Indeed they do. However, My experience in government tells me that reserved funds just free up general funds for things that we don't have reserved funds to fund. So donating funds reserved for another purpose to an abortion funding operation is not an effective way to not fund abortions.
