I've been doing
The Bulletproof Diet, which combines a lot these things: Keto, clean food, intermittent fasting, magic coffee. I've been at it for about year now.
I've kept myself down -30 from where i've started for about 9 months. I still eat normal food on an off which is probably why i've been maintaining so long instead of loosing again.
It keeps me out of the Fat man clothing section, and I was able to get a suit off the rack for the first time in my adult life and I consider that a worthwhile achievement
Maybe someday I'll push hard again and really try to go even further.
