Back in February, my wife and I made some lifestyle changes. We both want to lose a significant amount of weight. We've been following the Belly Fat Cure plan and it's been working well. As of yesterday morning I have shed 28lbs, going from 287 down to 259. My ultimate goal is 220ish I think. I dunno; I'm more concerned with shedding fat, than what my actual exact weight is, you know?
We went clothes shopping on Sunday because I wanted some new duds for our trip to Italy and I was able to buy some size L instead of 2XL!! Some stuff I still need XL in, so I'm still on that line, but it's a nice improvement.
My next mini-goal is 250 (-9lbs) before we get on the plane in 2 weeks.
