...for methods of enjoyable consumption.

Rules
1. It must be very tasty
2. It must be very healthy
3. Nothing boring and gross/plain tasting like protein powder + water or milk. Be creative, make it very tasty or unable to taste the protein at all.
4. Modify or augment other people's recipes with new ideas
5. Rate your recipe in terms of effectiveness.
6. Feel free to add other supplements (such as Creatine) to your recipes as long as it follows these rules, and the following:

The goal of this thread is to get some good enjoyable ways of consuming maximum amounts of protein powder efficiently with minimal "yuck" factor. I know some of you don't mind the taste of protein powder, but I hate it. So maybe this thread isn't for those people. So take that into account when posting recipes. Maybe if this thread gets popular, it can become a sticky.

Here are two combinations I've come up with.

Oh, and if you want to skip the "Rules" section, then just follow my lead. Thankfully, you've probably already read that. At least I'm assuming. Tell me, how effective was my strategy in bolding the word "Rules"? I'm curious. How many of you read the rules section before reading the recipes? If you don't respond to this part, I'll assume you just didn't read much of my post at all, lol. But, it's important for this thread.

* 1/2 cup of Strawberry-Banana V8 Fusion
* 2 bananas
* 1-2 scoop servings of double rich chocolate protein powder, by optimum nutrition
* Blend the hell out of it and chill to taste
*Rating 5/10--It's nice and thick, cause I prefer it like that but a bit too sweet tasting. Very strong banana taste...but with 1 banana taste, it was too thin and grainy feeling. Huge room for improvement.

*2 packets natural oatmeal (i prefer instant, with flavors...the quaker oats brand, it's great enough)
*slightly more water than usual so the mix stays nice and doesn't get too dry...because the oatmeal will continue to absorb the water till it gets sticky.
*Nuke
*3-4 scoop servings of double rich chocolate protein powder, by optimum nutrition
*natural peanut butter....any other healthy ideas? Banana slices?
*Rating 10/10--amazing, I could barely tell I was eating protein powder, despite the large amount.

List yours
