So tonight marks the first bike ride I have done for exercise. roughly 28 minutes, 3.7 miles... and on the day that I decided to stop smoking (again) too. |

I did the math and the double checking... my first ride was on June 10, 2013. So three months exactly (and July was a crappy month we rode like twice), and in that time I have ridden 143 miles. My first ride was 3.7 miles and I thought I was going to die at the end of that ride... tonight was an 11.4 mile ride, and had I really pushed it... I could have probably done another lap or two. |
