You all remember I piggybacked on Foamy's weight loss thread a long long time ago. Right? In case you need to review, here is a convenient link. In any case, it has taken me 2 and half years, a bailout and restart of weight watchers, and some motivational fitness shiznit at work, but I just weighed in this morning at 179.5 lbs (my goal to be below 180). Now I can go get a beer at lunch.

Congratations Lonedar. I've still got a long way to go on mine but I'm down 80 pounds from my top weight and over 40 from where I've spent most of the last 20 years. My ultimate goal is to be at or under 188. It will take a long time, the trick for me is not giving up.
