| Post subject: | Heavy Bag Mounting |
I'm thinking while I have the basement ceiling open like this, I'll hang a heavy bag from the I-Beam. Anyone have any experience with that? I've seen some posts suggesting you shouldn't attach them to structural elements of the house because they'll shake the house. On the other hand, those generally are referring to wood components, not steel. Anyone have any experience with this? |
