Back in February, my wife and I made some lifestyle changes. We both want to lose a significant amount of weight. We've been following the Belly Fat Cure plan and it's been working well. As of yesterday morning I have shed 28lbs, going from 287 down to 259. My ultimate goal is 220ish I think. I dunno; I'm more concerned with shedding fat, than what my actual exact weight is, you know?

We went clothes shopping on Sunday because I wanted some new duds for our trip to Italy and I was able to buy some size L instead of 2XL!! Some stuff I still need XL in, so I'm still on that line, but it's a nice improvement. :)

My next mini-goal is 250 (-9lbs) before we get on the plane in 2 weeks.

Raber that's great! Glad to hear it's based on lifestyle changes especially. Keep up the good work and let us know how it's going for you guys.

One of the big things is that we really need to be done for good with sugar and excess carbs. Not only does it make me fat, but it gives me indigestion. Since we have made these changes, I rarely get indigestion and if I do it is very mild and short lived. Also, my wife reports that my snoring has decreased significantly. :lol:
