Took mine on Saturday at my unit. 54 pushups in 2 minutes - 78 points 76 situps in 2 minutes - 100 points 14:03 2-mile run - 93 points 271 points out of possible 300 If you want to try it, do as many pushups as you can in 2 minutes, resting only "up", and without lifting your hands off the ground. Go down at least until you break 90 degrees with your elbows Situps should be performed with someone or something holding your feet. Hands must be interlocked behind your head. Rest only in the "up" position and make sure you come up far enough that your spine is essentially vertical. The run should be fairly self-explanatory; just make sure you do it somewhere essentially flat. Give yourself 10 minutes between events. The scoring table can be found in FM 21-20 which should be readily available if you google it. |
