Dude is insane. And freaking goofy. I love watching him lift, he's almost like a cartoon character. It's always funny to meet someone else working out and uttering one of his many catch phrases. |

dude is insane lol i'd like to see someone like him in some kind of MMA exibition...if not only to see how more capable his body is than just lifting really heavy stuff. I always wondered if specializing in heavy lifting to this degree what kind of effects that would have on other areas of fitness. |
