Crack all the jokes you like about it, it will smile as it kicks your *** if you're not in shape. Bowled 6 frames with a friend last night and not only was I physically exhausted by the end of it, my body is a collection of aches this morning. |

Games. Sorry, I don't know why my brain insists upon using the word "frames" for "games". I picked it up years ago when I heard the phrase "bowl a few frames". |

Whew, I was really worried about you for a minute there I was in a league a few years back and after 3 games the wrist and elbow started aching so I am with you on the physical requirements. |

Yeah, I've always felt kind of bushed after bowling. Which is because I only do it twice a year or whatever, but, still. It's a lot of muscles that you don't regularly use, I think, at least in that combination. Funny, do they still promote bowling as "America's most popular sport"? That used to be the big marketing phrase, but I'm not so sure that's the case anymore. Come to think of it, maybe the "obesity epidemic" started when Americans stopped bowling. Interesting thought. |
